  • 批量訂購
    如 閣下需要批量訂購，請您到訪 "聯絡我們" 遞交資料，如合適我們會聯絡您安排訂購，多謝支持。
  • 由東寶堂派送的商品總額未滿指定要求而收取了基本運費，我可以增加訂單產品的數量內容或取消訂單嗎？
    由於訂單一經確認，我們便會為客戶預留產品，所以很抱歉我們無法取消訂單或更改訂單內容。所以我們建議您先將心水貨品放在購物車或喜愛清單，確認清單後方進行付款，便可輕鬆享受購物樂趣。
  • 貨品要買滿多少金額才能免運？
    標準本地(香港地區)運費為每訂單HKD150； 每訂單金額滿HKD300或以上，即可獲免送貨費用。
  • 如何知道付款是否成功？
    成功付款後，您將會收到一封交易確認電郵，屆時請檢查電郵信箱，包括垃圾郵件及垃圾文件夾以確保郵件不被過濾。如您確認未有收到該電郵或未能在訊息中心查看到確認訂單交易的訊息，即表示未能成功完成付款。 如您仍需協助，歡迎聯絡我們並提供相關資料予我們跟進。
  • Bulk Order
    You are welcome to have bulk order, please leave your information on "Contact Us" and we might contact you for ordering.
  • If the total billed amount of products delivered by Tung Bao Tong cannot fulfill the free delivery threshold and the standard delivery fee is charged. Can I add more items or cancel the order?
    Once payment is completed, the order information will be confirmed and we will reserve stock. Therefore we are unable to amend the order. For better shopping experience, we suggest you to gather all items in Wish List or Shopping Cart, and re-confirm the order before payment.
  • What is the free delivery threshold?
    Order HKD500 or more to qualify for FREE Shipping, otherwise, standard delivery charge within Hong Kong area is HKD150 per order.
  • How to know if payment transaction is successful?
    Successful transactions will receive a confirmation email. Please check your email account’s spam or junk folder to ensure the message was not filtered. However, if you have not received the email or the message, it means the payment may not go through. If you can't get your payment to go through, and you're sure you've input all of your details correctly, it may be that your card provider has put a block on internet transactions or that there's a problem with your card. You might want to try using an alternative method of payment or a different credit card.
